Wedding Reception MC - EMCEE

Looking for someone to MC your wedding reception?

As your professional MC, or EMCEE, your can feel comfortable and at ease knowing that your celebration will be managed by an industry professional.

My role is simple! To be your point of contact at your event and bring the entire wedding reception together ensuring you and your guest the ultimate wedding experience.

Working closely with your other vendors,  i will assure that your wedding flows,  everything runs to schedule, and keep all your guests informed as to what's happening. Ill work hard to create the atmosphere you desire, and allow you and your guests to feel relaxed and supported throughout the reception.

Sure, there are times to be serious, but ultimately you just want to have fun. As your professional MC, i'll find the balance and  set the tone for the event.

My wedding MC packages are as follows:

STANDARD RECEPTION MC SERVICE  (4 hours)

$600 

• Pre event correspondence and meeting to prepare for your event.

• My experience and communication in liaising with your other service providers to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

• Arrival approx. 1 hour prior to the guests and a stay for the duration or your reception (Up to 4-hours)

• Greeting Bridal Party and Guests on Arrival

• Preparing the Bridal party for entry

• Formally welcome and address guests with all formalities and housekeeping

• Welcoming the bride and groom into the dining area.

• Introducing All speakers.

• Announcing the cutting of the cake.

• Introducing the first dance.

 PREMIUM RECEPTION MC SERVICE (6 hours)

$900 

• Pre event correspondence and meeting to prepare for your event.

• My experience and communication in liaising with your other service providers to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

• Arrival approx. 1 hour prior to the guests and a stay for the duration or your reception (Up to 6-hours)

• Greeting Bridal Party and Guests on Arrival

• Preparing the Bridal party for entry

• Formally welcome and address guests with all formalities and housekeeping

• Welcoming the bride and groom into the dining area.

• Introducing All speakers.

• Announcing the cutting of the cake.

• Introducing the first dance.

• Final Dance and Farewell

Note:

Travel Fees apply  for the following areas:

• Central Coast $250

• Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Lower Hunter, Newcastle, Wollongong $300 

• South Coast (Berry to Ulladulla), Upper Hunter, Port Stephens $400

• Other regions, POA

Additional fees may apply for public holidays and related travel costs associated with parking, park fees or water taxi services.
